Fellow tow truck and wrecker drivers joined family, friends, and neighbors in paying tribute to a beloved member of the community. A procession of 50+ trucks lined the street, following the pristine red flatbed transporting a casket ~ making their way from the funeral home to the final resting place for Patrick J. Gallagher. Tho' competitors in the towing industry, on February 17th, these men and women proved they truly are brothers and sisters at heart.
John and Bette Lou Gallagher welcomed their son, Patrick into their family on March 29, 1959. He is one of eight siblings.
A graduate of Genoa High School, Patrick owned and operated Pat & Son Towing for 43 years. He enjoyed working and helping people while making them laugh. He cherished spending time with family, fishing, and traveling with his wife.
Beautiful memories of Pat are treasured by friends and family ~ including his wife, two children and their spouses, six precious grandchildren, four of his siblings ~ three brothers and a sister, nieces, nephews, and many more loving relatives. He was preceded in death by his parents and three sisters.
