He is survived by his wife, Kim, his step-son Gregory and daughter-in-law Deborah Stangyl; his step-daughter Anne and son-in-law Andy Genz; and his Life-Long Friend and "Brother" Handley Cook. "grandpa Pop-Pop"will also be missed by his 5 grandchildren: Evan, Meyer and Lenden Stangl, and Zoe and Jasper Genz.
Frank will be remembered for his kindness, concern and generosity to all he met, his devoted friendship to so many, his sense of humor and his ability to "Make A Long Story Short".
A funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Theresa Catholic Church in Belleview on Friday September 18 2015 at 11am. A Veteran's Honor Guard Memorial service will be held on Saturday, Saturday September 19 2015 at the Veterans' Park in Del Webb, Spruce Creek Country Club at 10:30am. Interment will be at Quantico National Cemetery in Triangle, Virginia, at a date to be determined.
