Mr. Ed Mock, age 56 died this morning at the home of his sister, Mrs. W. P Daniel on south Troupe street after an illness of several months.
Funeral services will be held tomorrow afternoon at 4 o'clock at Sunset Hill. The body will be removed from Sineath's chapel this afternoon and services tomorrow will be at the cemetery.
Mr. and Mrs. Mock had been here with his sister, Mrs. Daniel for four weeks. he had been ill since last November. One sister, Mrs. J. T. Abrams, of Brunswick, and his brother, Mr. J. W. Mock, of West Palm Beach, Fla, were called to his bedside several days ago.
Mr. Mock is survived by his widow, two sisters, Mrs. W. P. Daniel, of this city, and Mrs. J. T. Abrams, of Brunswick, and one brother, Mr. J. W. Mock, of West Palm Beach, Fla.
Many friends in Valdosta, where Mr. Mock has frequently visited Mr. and Mrs. W. P Daniel, and in Savannah and Brunswick will regret to learn of his death.

Funeral services for Mr. Ed Mock, who died Wednesday morning at the home of his sister, Mrs. W. P. Daniel, were held yesterday afternoon at 4 o'clock at Sunset Hill.
Father Thomas I. Brennen, pastor of the local Catholic church was in charge of the services which consisted of a short service at the house and at the graves. Rev. W. G. Ferguson, of the First Christian church, made a prayer at the grave.
Pallbearers were H. B. EDwards, Bert Glisson, C. R. Reid, R. H. Bassford, Gordon Converse and J. B. Johnson. A quartet composed of George Sherman, Marvin Howell, Harry Box and J. D. McKey san "in the Garden" and "Rock of Ages."
