She was one of nine children born to Eugene and Elouise Agullard. She married Albert Moran, Jr. on August 29, 1945. She was preceded in death by her husband Albert Moran Jr.; sisters, Gladys Jacobs, Barbara Moran, Clara Taylor, Doretha Gradney, Doris Carmouche, Evelyn Gahie; and brother, Frank Agullard. Surviving are her three children, Paul, JoAnne, and Elaine; grandsons, Eric Armstrong and Remy Daniels; granddaughters, Cheray Marie and Denea Daniels; great-grandchildren, Cheianne Armstrong and Ejean Armstrong, Frankie Daniels, Aaliyah Daniels, Armani Daniels and, Kristian Daniels; and close family members, Madelyn Daniels, Marion Schneider, Whitney Daniels, and Rob Worley.
