Daughter of Eugene Aguillard and Eloise "Louise" Esnault Aguillard. She was the 4th of 9 children, 7 sisters and 1 brother. She lived in Alexandria (Samtown) during her childhood and young adult life. Her parents sharecropped a farm, and all the kids had duties that included milking the cows, picking the eggs, and plowing the fields. She could drive a tractor but never got a drivers license. She married George Moran on April 14, 1949 in Alexandria. They moved to San Francisco in 1953, where they joined two of her sisters, Pearl and Barbara, and two of George's brothers, Albert and Lamy. These three sisters married the three brothers. She continued her career in photography, as a dark room technician. She worked for over 25 years with Applegate Studios in San Francisco. Bruce, as he was sometimes called, worked at the Naval Shipyard as a metal former. After the studio closed she became an aide and housekeeper to the elderly. In 1999, she moved from San Francisco to Redwood City, not far from her sister, Pearl, and lived there for 17 years. in 2019 she moved to Georgia to be near her son's family. She was preceded in death by her parents; sisters, Gladys Jacobs, Barbara Moran, Clara Taylor, Doretha Gradney, Pearl Moran, Doris Carmouche, Evelyn Gahie; and brother, Frank Agullard.Surviving are her son, Vinson (Vicki); grandchildren, Cameron and Nissa, Patrick, Maia, Bernard, Kenneth, and Maxwell; great grandchildren, Jordyn, Naiya, Cameron, Jr., and Caden; nieces and nephews, Paul, Joanne, Elaine (Moran), Ronald Moran, Rory, Jr., Sean, Crystal (Moran) Barbara, George, Jr. (Bayone), Linda, Larry, Melvin, Rayna (Leduff), Dolores, Sophia (Taylor), Gloria, Kim (Aguillard) Fred/Vivian, Theresa, Robert (Jacobs), Erika (Leduff), Glenn, Lawrence, Joan, and Regina (Moran).
