Nita Faye Taylor Miller Moore, 85, of Little Rock passed away on June 24, 2018. She was born March 19, 1933, in Fordyce, Arkansas to Chester and Esther Taylor.

She was preceded in death by her parents; a sister Betty Jo Brooks, her husband of 39 years, Fred Miller; and her son, Mark Miller.

She is survived by her husband of 23 years, Don Moore; and her daughters, Dawne Carroll (Brian) and Terri Garner (Dale); 15 grandchildren and 21 great grandchildren. Two sisters and a brother also survive her, Pat Joyner, Brenda Allen (Art), Rick Taylor (Lori).

Nita was a member of Immanuel Baptist Church and had served as a faithful member of Baptist Tabernacle, Parkway Place Baptist Church, and was a devoted and well-loved pastor's wife in various churches where her husband, Dr. Moore served. Her ministry of outreach and teaching were very meaningful. Her ministry of prayer, speaking to women's groups, encouragement through written notes and the giving of Jesus Calling devotional books touched many lives.

Visitation will be Monday evening, June 25, from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Roller Chenal Funeral Home. There will be a private burial on Tuesday morning with a memorial service to follow at Immanuel Baptist Church at 10:30 a.m.
