Warren Berry, of whose sickness we made mention in our issue of last week, died at the residence of his son-in-law, R. B. Watson, in this city, on Monday, Feburary 10th. He was 70 years old at the time of his death. He was born in Kentucky, Nov. 3rd 1825, and come to Missouri when 11 years old, having lived in Dade and Barton counties, since that time. He was converted 20 years ago and joined the M. E. Church south, of which he was still a member in good standing at the time of his departure. The remains were laid to rest Tuesday morning, in the Pippenger cemetery, 3 miles northeast of this city.
