Jackie Marlene White age 69, of North Tazewell, Virginia, passed away Thursday, January 26, 2023, at the Tazewell Community Hospital in Tazewell, Virginia.
Jackie was born on June 30, 1953 in Tazewell County, Virginia. She was the daughter of the late William Marlin Billips and Georgia Marie Mounts Billips. Jackie was formerly a hair dresser at a salon she owned in Tazewell. Jackie was of the Christian faith and enjoyed christian music. She enjoyed gardening, canning, tending to her flowers, and watching the birds as they fed at her bird feeders. Above all else, she loved spending time with her grandchildren.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her former husband, Bryant St. Clair Martin; four sisters, (Infant), Patricia Billips, Pamela Dunford, Barbara Stacy, and Theda Lowe; two brothers, Larry Billips and Paul Billips.
She is survived by;

Dave Scott and David Dunford officiating. Interment will follow at the Greenhills Memory Gardens in Claypool Hill, Virginia. Pallbearers will be Cody Harrison, Hunter Hall, Kris Warden, Greg Hayes, Zion Alexander and Doug White. The family will begin receiving friends at 12:00 noon until time of service.
