Theda Gay Lowe, age 62 of the Lynn Hollow community in North Tazewell, VA died Sunday, March 10, 2019 at Carilion Roanoke Memorial Hospital in Roanoke, VA. Born February 5, 1957 at Squire, WV, she was a daughter of the late Marlin and Marie Mounts Billips. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by three sisters, Pam Dunford, Barbara Stacy, and Patricia Ann Billips; brothers, Larry Billips and Paul Billips.
She is survived by her husband, Larry A. Lowe; daughter, Ashley Lowe; sons, Ricky Greene, Robert Greene and wife, Crystal, Steven Greene, and Matthew Lowe and fiancée, Carrie Gibson all of Tazewell, VA; sisters, Brenda Whitt, Jackie White, Wanda Asbury, Sheila Gibson all of Tazewell, VA; grandchildren, Tyler, Shawn, Kaylie, Tanner, Jacob, Logan, Chase, Gabriella, and Arabella; special friend who was like a son, Charles Hazelwood also of Tazewell, VA.
The family will receive friends from 9 AM until 10 AM Wednesday, March 13, 2019 at Peery & St. Clair Funeral Home in Tazewell, VA where funeral services will be conducted at 10 AM with Pastor Bill Harrison officiating.
