Mary Magdalene Zimmerman, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Carl Zimmerman, was born January 17, 1867, near Boscobel, Wisconsin, and died at the age of 83 years and 18 days. She was married to Joseph Dittrick of Battle Creek at Boscobel, Wisconsin, December 26, 1893, and since had been a resident of Battle Creek. Mr. Dittrick died June 13, 1930.
Mrs. Dittrick is survived by two sons, Carl of Los Angeles and Joe of Minden, Nebraska; and five daughters, Mrs. Henry Bierman, Mrs. John Bierman and Mrs. Clifford Barnes all of Battle Creek; Mrs. Lovell Warner, Tilden, and Miss Louise, California. Mrs. F.E. Martin, Battle Creek is a sister and the only surviving member of the family.
There are twenty-one grandchildren and eighteen great-grandchildren.
