Wilhelmina's parents are unknown. Nicknamed Mena, she was living in Upper Black Eddy (Bridgeton Twp.) Bucks Co. by the 1860 census. She later moved to Tinicum Twp., Bucks Co.

She married P. Jacob Shoudt. They had ten children: William Henry in 1855, Jacob about 1857, John Adam in 1859, Charles in 1860, Magdalena 'Lena' in 1866 (wife of Ambrose S. Goodear), Edward in 1868, Caroline in 1870, Emma about 1873, Wilhelmina 'Minnie' in 1875 and Frederick L. in 1877.

Mena belonged to St. Luke's Evangelical Lutheran Church in Nockamixon Twp., Bucks Co., and later the Upper Tinicum Lutheran Church.

She had 22 grandchildren and 43 additional descendants as of late 2007. There are no doubt numerous other descendants who have not yet been identified.
