Lymon Leroy Williams served in the US Army during World War I. After the war he married Anabell Banta on June 15, 1920 in Rangely, Colorado. They later divorced.
Lyman was a farmer. He lived in Vernal until 1942 and then in Colorado and Utah until returning to Vernal in May 1959. He died of heart failure at the home of his brother, Lorn Williams.
Burial was in Vernal Memorial Park with military rites by the American Legion Witbeck Post No 11.
