She was born on February 14, 1950, in Luray, Virginia and was a daughter of the late Herman Gene Bosley and Ruth Taylor Kayan.
She was married to Mack Andrew Cubbage from July 20, 1973 to February 5, 1985, who died on December 19, 2012.
She was previously married to Carl Lee Pence from 1965 to 1972.
Deborah is survived by four daughters, Tracy Cubbage of Edinburg, Missy Pence Thomas of Stanley, Becky Pence-Brill of Luray, and Stacy Cubbage of Stanley; a son, C.L. Pence of Elkton; a sister, Teresa Cooper of Stanley; a brother, Anthony Bosley of Stanley; nine grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
A funeral service will be conducted at 10 a.m. on Saturday, January 7, 2023 at the Lighthouse Gospel Church by Evangelist Doug Gochenour. Burial will be in the Cubbage Family Cemetery in Stanley.
The Family will also receive friends at the residence of 33 Bosley Drive Stanley, VA from Wednesday January 4, 2023 until Friday January 6, 2023 at anytime.
