Robert George Roe, Jr, 77 years old of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, died on Saturday, December 24th, 2022 in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. Born on April 27th, 1945 in Superior, Wisconsin to Robert and Edith Roe.
Robert graduated from Pewaukee High School in Pewaukee, Wisconsin and Grace Fellowship's School of the Local Church in Tulsa, Oklahoma. He attended and volunteered at Immanuel Lutheran Church (Broken Arrow), Grace Fellowship (Tulsa), and The Bridge (Bixby). Robert volunteered at Mend Crisis Pregnancy Center, Loaves and Fishes, and as chaplain at the Ford Glass Plant (Tulsa) and at the Trucker's Chapel (Catoosa). Robert enjoyed hanging out with his family, friends, and loved ones, following team sports from Wisconsin (Packers, Brewers, Bucks, and Badgers), writing poetry, fishing, working around the house, and sending scrapbooks to families of fallen military personnel.
Robert is preceded in death by: parents Robert and Edith, brothers Royce, Rodney, Roger, and Ronald (Van), sister Edith (Sis), and daughter Bonnie.
He is survived by: brother Reginald, wife Nancy, children Cindy, Dale, and Eric, 6 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren, and numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews.
Memorial service will be held at Floral Haven Funeral Home in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma on Friday, January 27th, 2023 at 3pm.
