Of Lackawanna, NY. Entered into rest September 27, 2006. Beloved son of the late Manuel and Guadalupe (nee Esteran) Abad; dear brother of Manuel (Mary) Abad and the late Dolores (Frank) Nigro, Joseph, Lewis (Trudy) Abad; also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

Relatives and friends may visit the LOMBARDO FUNERAL HOME (Southtowns Chapel), 3060 Abbott Rd. near Lake Ave., on Friday from 4-8. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in Our Lady of Victory Basilica, 767 Ridge Rd. at South Park, Lackawanna, on Saturday morning at 9:30 o'clock. Entombment Holy Cross Cemetery. Mr. Abad was an Army veteran of WW II.
