Third child of eight children of Tycus Macon Hart, Sr., and Martha Jane Grant Hart. He married Mattie Samford before 1905. He married Allie Rebecca Sexton September 17, 1905 in Mena, Arkansas. She was born October 6, 1888 in Madison County, North Carolina, and died July 16, 1956 in Mena, Arkansas. The first child of Hewell "Huell" Jonah Hart, and Mattie Stamford was Kenneth Hart. The second through twelfth children of Hewell "Huell" Jonah Hart, and Allie Rebecca Sexton were Ruby Inez Hart 1906-1909, Nathan Eugene Hart 1908-1912, Mary florence Hart 1911-1985, Woody Pauline Hart 1913-1993, Bessie Mae Hart 1915-1991, Dolly Hazel Hart 1918-, Margie Lorene Hart 1920-1997, Lola Louise Hart 1922-1999, Sidney Huell Hart 1924-, Blanche Alleyne Hart 1928-, and Helen Josephine Hart 1930-.

Profession according to his obituary was a Section Foreman, and flagman at the Joplin, Missouri train yards for the Kansas City Southern Track Service for 12 years.
