Obituary published in The Gospel Messenger, October 23, 1909, page 687:

Wyatt, Sister Nancy, daughter of Daniel and Susanna Zook, born in Bedford County, Pa., Dec. 29, 1830, died at her home in Lordsburg, Cal., Sept. 23, 1909, of an internal tumor of a cancerous nature. Her sufferings were intense. She was confined to her bed for more than twelve weeks. She was anointed Aug. 6, 1909. She was the last member of a family of twelve children. She was married to Bro. Nathaniel Lewis Oct. 15, 1855, near Hagerstown, Ind. Three sons were born to this union. The oldest died in infancy and her husband died Feb. 16, 1871, in Hamilton County, Ind. She was married to Bro. James M. Wyatt, near Hagerstown, Ind., Feb. 22, 1872. To this union one daughter was born. The deceased is survived by her aged husband and two sons. She was a faithful member of the Church of the Brethren for over fifty years. Services in the Lordsburg church on Sunday at 2:30 P. M. conducted by the Elders E. Forney and W. F. England. Interment in the Evergreen cemetery near this place.
