LORETTA'S OBITUARY
Hanna, Loretta Ann (nee Minks), age 80, passed away, Sunday, November 27, 2022, at her home. She was born in St. Louis, a daughter of Clyde Carl and Margaret Jane (nee Bradfield) Minks. Loretta was known for her cooking, cake decorating, gardening, service to others, and love of children. She was a lifetime member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints where she spent many years teaching both young children and adults; and many years serving in both the Chicago and St. Louis Temples. She was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, and will be missed by many.
Loretta is survived by two sons and seven daughters, JoAnn Eskelsen (Steven), Denise Eastham (David), Linda Nelson, Curtis Hanna, Curtis Roberts, Sharolyn Swenson (Eric), Janece Hanna, Joanne Reding, and Leslie Kristine Johnson; and brother Wayne Minks; and thirteen grandchildren, Jennifer Camacho, Eric Roberts, Ryan Swenson, Justin Nelson, Luke Swenson, Anna Swenson, Jimmy Reding, Kelsey Long, John Swenson, Jackson Reding, Blake Johnson, Dylan Johnson, and Hanna Johnson; and a great-grandchild Kylie Long. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Wayne, 3 sisters and 7 brothers.
Services: Funeral service at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, 15081 Clayton Road, Chesterfield, Monday, 12:00 Noon. Interment Bellerive Gardens.
