"Diane Marie (Fuchs) Garonzik was born January 1, 1943. On November 27th, at the age of 79, she passed away peacefully in her Dallas home with family by her side. Diane grew up in Uhland, Texas and graduated valedictorian from Kyle High School (1961). She met her loving and devoted husband, Lynn, at UT Austin, and they were happily married 57 years.
Diane was a vivacious, fun loving, no-nonsense lady who always put her family first. She was a sustaining member of Lake Highlands Women's League. Diane was loved by countless LHHS students, and she was still in contact with many of them 30 years later. She was an avid outdoorsman who loved to hunt, fish, and had a strong affinity for red birds and foxes. Diane was a Godly woman who was certain she was always in God's hands, and that she would dance with her dad, A.D. Fuchs, in God's perfect timing."
