Ethel was born on March 30, 1929, in Washington County to Albert and Iva Nowling Cole
Ethel was a member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles and belonged to the 107 Club. She loved to cook, bake, and loved sports, especially Indiana University basketball.
Ethel was preceded in death by her youngest, Larry McDonald, her parents, eight sisters, and two brothers.
She is survived by children, Ron (Sharon) McDonald of Columbus, Kathy (Jerry) Prevatt of Indianapolis, and Jennifer (Sinclair) Wheeler of Indianapolis. She is also survived by ten grandchildren, and twenty two great grandchildren.
Ethel was loved by many but most of all she loved her family.
Service will be Monday December 5, 2022, at 10:30am.
Burial will follow at Riverview Cemetery.
