Mrs. Cora Lee Payne
Mrs. Cora Lee Hoard Payne, about 60 years old, died at her home in Dallas last weekend. Funeral services were held in Dallas Monday morning, and burial was in Oak Hill Cemetery here Monday afternoon. Mrs. Payne died alone at her home and her body was found after she had been dead a day or two.
Born in Whitewright, Mrs. Payne was the daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. John Hoard. She was married to Jay Payne in 1918 and had lived in Dallas since that time.
She is survived by a daughter.
