Nancy Rice is the daughter of Richard Rice and Mary "Polly" Cave. Nancy married her first husband Hirum Cave on 24 August 1815 in Woofrod Kentucky after Hirum's death circa 1825, Nancy married as her second husband Eliajah Stout on 14 October 1826 in Woodford Kentucky. Elijah and Nancy later moved to Missouri where Nancy died in 1844. Elijah married two more times after Nancy's death and died in 1889.
According to the 1840 census for Clay Missouri Elijah and Nancy had one daughter name unknown, born between 1831-1835, died before 1850.
