Miss Flossie Jenkins, 79, of the Sunset Home, Quincy, a former resident of 621 Payson and retired employee of the Sunset Home, died at 6 a.m. Saturday (Jan. 24, 1980) in the home.Mrs. Jenkins was born in Elsah, Aug. 22, 1901, a daughter of Medford Joseph and Carolina R. Wilcock Jenkins. She was a member of the Bible Baptist Church.Surviving are eight nephews and six nieces.Services will be held at 1 p.m. Monday in the Bible Baptist Church, conducted by the Rev. Nelson Roth. Burial will be in Pittsfield West Cemetery. The family suggests memorials be made to the Bible Baptist Church.
