Mrs. Mary S. Stout of Angola, died early Friday afternoon at Jones Hospital in Wellsville. Mrs. Stout, who was 71 had been in Wellsville since September.
She was the sister of Mrs. Cornelia McCarty of Wellsville.
Born January 30, 1891 at Buffalo, the daughter of Andrew and Mary Roth Hoefner. She was married to William Stout.
Surviving are two brothers and sisters. In addition to Mrs. McCarty, they are the Rev. C.E. Hoefner, S.J. of New York City, Mrs. Henry Nise of Angola and John Hoefner of Kenmore.
She was a member of Precious Blood Church of Angola where Father Hoefner will celebrate a requiem mass Monday. Burial will be in the Pine Hill Cemetery, Buffalo. Friends may call at Heil Funeral Home, Angola.
