DALE PRICE, age 72, of 6725 Eaton Gettysburg Road, R.R.# 2, Eaton, Ohio died shortly after being admitted to Reid Memorial Hospital in Richmond, Thursday afternoon June 2, 1977.
A native of Jackson Township in Preble County, Ohio he was the son of the late William and Daisy Parker Price. Graduate of the Jackson High School class of 1922, he had been a lifelong Jackson Township Farmer. Member of the New Hope United Methodist Church. He and his wife had celebrated their 48th wedding anniversary on June 1st.
He is survived by his wife: Marie Leary Price of R.R.# 2, Eaton, Ohio. Two sons: Earl Price of R.R.# 2 Eaton, Ohio and Curtis Price of R.R.# 3 Eaton, Ohio. Seven Grandchildren also survive, A daughter: Veda Grimme preceded him in death in 1960.
Funeral services for Mr. Price will be held on Sunday, June 5, 1977 at 2:00 p.m. EDT at the Barnes Funeral Home in Eaton, Ohio with Rev. Pat H. Drewry officiating. Burial will be in the Mound Hill Union Cemetery at Eaton. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Saturday from 2-4 and 7-9P.M.
