-Mrs. Loney T. Page, a lifelong Johnstown area resident, passed away peacefully on Sunday, October 23, 2022, at St. Mary's Hospital, Amsterdam, only a few weeks shy of her 83rd birthday.
Loney was born in St. Francis Hospital, Miami Beach, FL on November 16, 1939, the daughter of the late Lee and Loney (Perkins) Tucker.
For many years she was employed as a transcriptionist in Law Enforcement.
Loney has resided in Johnstown for many years.
She was united in marriage on 8 June 1985 in Johnstown NY, with the love of her life, Paul Chaussee who preceded her in death.
She leaves a son Louis, daughters-in-law, and grandchildren Joshua, Jesse, Jason, Mickey, Morgan and Dorian.
She was active with and can be remembered by many dealing antiques in the area, most recently at the Little Falls Antique Center.
A loyal friend to many, Loney had several friendships that lasted 50 plus years. She loved animals, especially horses (her much loved Petra) and cats, which she owned many of over the past years. Her hobbies included knitting, crocheting and buying and selling antiques.
There will be a private service at the Gerald B. Solomon Saratoga National Cemetery, where inurnment will take place next to her husband Paul.
