Eula Lee (Knight) Parker Winnett was born on December 26, 1928, on her father Joe Knight's ranch near Haswell, Kiowa County, Colorado. She always used her middle name of Lee. She had 3 brothers Kenneth, Joe W, & Everett and one sister Daisy Deane. She attended a country school. On March 22, 1947, she married her 1st husband Gerald D Parker, and she would have 4 children Gary, Larry, Joey and Edna. Her marriage to Gerald was not a happy one. She would divorce her husband Gerald in 1969 and marry Marvin (Mike) J Winnett in 1970 and they would be together for almost 10 years. They were happy years. Lee would work at UNC university bakery. Lee and Mike would move from Evans, Colorado to Stamford, Nebraska. They would live there until Mikes death in 1979. She would move Walla Walla, Washington and marry Corky Lee. They were together until his death. She moved back to Colorado where she would live until her death in 2022. She had 4 children, 9 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren. At the time of her death, she requested to cremated and her ashes to spread over Mike's grave.
