ORNDORF, Dolores Head, age 89, Fayetteville, North Carolina and previously of Waynesville, Ohio passed away Tuesday, October 11, 2022, in Fayetteville, North Carolina, in her home.
She was a longtime and very involved as a member of the Waynesville First Church of Christ. She has been a Girl Scout Troop Leader, Boy Scout Den Mother, and a member of the Waynesville Garden Club.
Preceded in death by parents James W. and Lillian Head, husband Charles, and sons Russell, Kenneth, and James.
She is survived by daughter Carolyn (Phillip) Kleinert of Stedman N.C; daughters-in-law Malenna of Fayetteville N.C., Susan D. of Miamisburg OH; grandchildren Lisa Orndorf (Joey Moore), Susan M. Orndorf (formally of the home), Amy Mathes (Mike), Christopher Kleinert (Jolene) & Lucas Orndorf (Rachel); great-grandchildren Eddie Nunnery, Cheyenne Mathes, Dakota Mathes, Kiowa Mathes, Shelby Moore, Eva Kleinert, Alyssa Sweet & Nathan Sweet; and many nieces and nephews.
Memorial Service will be on October 20 at 3:00 P.M at Cumberland Union Baptist Church, 6957 Tabor Church Road, Fayetteville, North Carolina.
An additional memorial service will be held on October 31, 2022, at 11:00 A.M at Miami Cemetery Chapel, Corwin, Ohio. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be sent to Cumberland Union Baptist Church WMU, 6957 Tabor Church Road, Fayetteville, N.C. 28312.
