Greenville, S. C. - Nora Sanders Barnett Fowler, 89, died Wednesday, Jan. 12, 2000 at National Health Care, Anderson.

Mrs. Fowler was born in Hart County, Ga., a daughter of the late Eli Harrison Sanders and Annie Lee Holmes Sanders. She was predeceased by her first husbnad, Walter Barnett Sr.; and her second husband, George Clifton Fowler.

She was a member of East Park Baptist Church and the Order of Eastern Star, Monaghan Chapter #82.

Surviving are daughters, Mrs. Joe (Jeanette) Addington of Easley, and Mrs. W. L. (Florence) Masters of Pickens; a sister, Emily Brock of Pensacola, Fla.; a niece raised in the home, Mrs. Walter (Bessie) Roper of Easley; four grandchildren; and seven great-grandsons.

She was also predeceased by sons, Joe Haskell Barnett and Walter Barnett Jr.; a sister, Corrie Pearson; and a grandson, Stephen Masters.

A graveside service will be held at 11 a.m. today at Hillcrest Memorial Park, Pickens.

Visitation: 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. today at Thomas McAfee Funeral Home, Northwest.

Family members are at their respective homes.

Memorials may be made to a charity of one's choice.
