Barry enlisted in the U.S. Navy in June of 1962, served overseas in the Vietnam Conflict and was honorably discharged in September of 1965. He married Sharon (nee Heinz) Walker and they had three children. While living in Illinois he owned and operated a salvage yard and towing business. In August of 1991 he married Janet Anderson. In the Wisconsin Dells area he owned and operated Mr. B's Towing and vehicle repair service from 1982 until the present time. Barry was a proud Lund boat owner and member of the Tri City Bassmasters Club. He enjoyed going to Illinois to visit with family especially his grandchildren. His other favorite little friends were his kitties.
Barry is survived by the love of his life, his wife, Janet; mother, Eunice Rigg of Crystal Lake, IL, son, Todd of Colorado; daughters, Jennifer (Jason) Lehman of Belvidere, IL and Annette (Mike) Schonberg of Monroe Center, IL; his "stepped on" stepson, Jesse Lee Wallace Giebel of Wisconsin Dells; granddaughter, Jordan; grandson, Logan; sister, Sherry (Harlan) Miller of California and nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his father and a sister, Debbie.
