Obituary

JOLIAT, Cécile (née Rozon) 1938 – 2020 – It is with profound sadness, the family announce her passing on August 1, 2020 at the Kirkland & District Hospital.

Cécile was predeceased by her first husband John Ludwick (1996), her brother Maurice and sister-in-law Carnie, her sister Pauline Leclerc as well as brothers-in-law Fern Leclerc and Tom Martyn.

Deeply loved and forever missed by her husband Marcel; her sons Len Ludwick and Terry (Fran) Ludwick; her grandson Keedan Ludwick and her siblings Evelyn (Arvind) Martyn-Aggerwall, Theresa Nixon (Ron Boland), Robert (Alice) Rozon, as well as her aunt Irene Mino (late Jean Mino). She will be fondly remembered by several nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. Cécile also leaves behind Marcel's daughters Jo Anne (Bart), Danielle (Serge), Pamela, Louise (J.P.), Julie (Wayne) and several granddaughters and grandsons.

Cecile was employed with Despres Pacey for a number of years and always kept a professional work ethic and took pride in the work she did. When Cécile was able, she devoted much of her spare time in the community, namely the Festivals Committee and Paroisse Assomption and after retirement she worked for Elections Canada.

She always looked forward to holidays with family and friends and spending time at the cottage.

The family wishes to thank the doctors and staff at the Kirkland & District Hospital and Health Sciences North. Your care and compassion will never be forgotten.
