Albion Bacon of Arden on the Severn, Crownsville MD, died on December 10, 2018. Born in Baltimore on May 18 1938, she was the daughter of Hilary E. Bacon Jr and Frances Atchinson Bacon and sister of Hilary E. Bacon III. She was a member of the Baltimore Friends School, Class of 1956 and attended Goucher College and Anne Arundel Community College. For many years Albion owned and operated AAMCO Transmission franchises in both Maryland and Mississippi.She was president of the Arden Community Association and active with their many activities…especially the Senior Luncheon Group. Albion was a member of St Paul's Anglican Church in Crownsville where a memorial service will be held Sunday December 23rd at 3 PM.She is survived by her five children Beth Barr of Dover DE, Tom Bennington of Annapolis MD, Rick Bennington of Perry Hall MD, William Bennington of Crownsville MD and David Bennington of Gaithersburg, MD, and their families. She took great joy in her 11 grandchildren and 5 great-grand children.In lieu of flowers please send donations to St Paul's Anglican Church, 1505 Crownsville Rd, Crownsville MD.
