In Memoriam
We honour the memory of Beverly Louise Fenerty-McKibbon, who died peacefully in the company of family at the Ottawa General Hospital on Saturday, September 4th, 2022, after a courageous battle with cancer.

She was deeply loved by her husband of 35 years, the Rev 'Casey' McKibbon of Metcalfe, Ontario (Ottawa).
Born in Sudbury. She graduated from Sudbury Technical (Sheridan Secondary) and earned a B.A.(Hons), from Laurentian University and her MBA (Hons) from Athabasca University.
She is survived by her brothers, Donald Fenerty (Brenda) of Manitoulin Island and Robert (Bob) Fenerty (Yolanda) of Elliot Lake. She was preceded by her sisters Isabel (Dale Robarts) of North Bay and Delores (late Irving Smiley) of Windsor, NS.
Bev was a devoted mother to her children, John Harper (Hester) of Hong Kong, Rebecca Harper (Daniel Hegarty) of Montreal, and Kathleen Everett (Todd) of Casselman, Ontario.
She was a loving stepmother to Katherine McKibbon (Marcel Faucher) and Elizabeth Godon of Ottawa, Heather Marshall, and Dawna Cutcliffe (Phil) both of Calgary and a long list of furry friends.

Bev's focus was on social justice, which came from an empowering spiritual experience. She always said, 'If it builds community, we're for it, and if it doesn't, we're not'.
Bev enjoyed a long and successful career at the Head Office of Canada Post, where she was respected for her caring leadership in environmental practices long before it was fashionable.
"Gone but not forgotten, gone but ever here. No longer living in this world, but always and ever near."(Anon).
