Graveside services celebrating the life of Billie B. Garsee, age 85 of Bivins, TX will be held at 12:30 p.m. Saturday, August 27, 2022 at the Vivian Cemetery under the direction of Rose-Neath Funeral Home, 705 S. Spruce Street, Vivian, LA. Officiating at the service will be James Festervand. Visitation will be held from 11:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
Mrs. Garsee was born May 22, 1937 in Shreveport, LA to parents, Alfred Reisor Bickham and Willie Frances Pirtle Bickham and passed away on August 20, 2022 at her residence in Bivins, TX. She was a secretary in retail sales, an avid gardener but above all she loved her family who she always put first.
Mrs. Garsee was preceded in death by her parents, her husband of 62 years, Loyce E. Garsee and her brother, Glenn Bickham.
