VICTOR FIDI OBITUARY
Victor C. Fidi, II, 68, (Vic) of New Britain entered into eternal rest unexpectedly on Aug. 8, 2022, at his home.
Vic was born in New Britain on June 21, 1954 to Filomena Maria Lombardo Fidi, and Vittorio (Victor) C. Fidi, Sr., both deceased.
Vic loved the outdoors, car racing and loved Ford Mustangs. His '65 Fastback was his lifelong project and will be completed by his brother John.
Vic graduated from Pulaski High School in 1972. He worked for Parsons Buick, Manafort Brothers and upon retirement, The Home Depot in Southington.
Vic had many friends and was known for always lending a hand (but never taking one). Vic was predeceased by his best friend of 60 years Steve Pomerleau of East Haddam.
Vic's dog Butch meant the world to him. The family would like to thank Vic's friend Theresa Gavin for giving Butch a loving forever home.
Vic is survived by his sister, Diane Fidi Kellam-Woods and her husband Les of South Carolina; brother, John Fidi and his fiancé Haley of Florida and Step-Mother Ludmila Brzdek Fidi and her husband Toni of Florida.
Vic was predeceased by brothers Victor, Jr., Carmine and his brother Glen. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews. There will be a Celebration of Life, at a later date this fall.
Please continue to monitor this page for details. All are welcome to attend.
