Their children were Mary Amanda Deets[married William W. Beaman], Nellie Lavina Deets[married Walter Long & __ Spare], Charles C. Deets, Sadie P. Deets[married __ Freer], Asa Deets, Iva Deets[married __ Carmichael]and Opal Deets[married __ Laughridge]. All but Iva and Opal are buried in Hopeville Cemetery.
