Judy D. Driver age 77 of Spring City, Tennessee passed away Tuesday, August 16, 2022 at her residence. Judy was born on March 11, 1945 and was a lifetime resident of the area. She was raised in Grassy Cove, Tennessee and attended school in Cumberland County. Judy loved animals, reading, tending to her flowers, and dancing every chance she could. She was of the Baptist faith.

Judy is preceded in death by first husband Melvin "Pete" Garrison, her parents Charles Elbert and Ruby Miller Monroe, brothers Oscar and Elbert "Bud" Monroe, sisters Louise Bolin, Ruth Wilson, Susie Dyer and Hazel Lemons.

Survivors include her son, sister, three grandchildren, her dog Rocky, and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held on Friday, August 19, 2022 at 1:00 PM in the chapel of Vaughn Funeral Home with her friends and family sharing stories and memories of Judy. Interment will follow at The Grassy Cove Baptist Cemetery. The family will receive friends Thursday, August 18, 2022 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Vaughn Funeral Home.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be given to Animal Shelter Alliance of Rhea, 9118 Back Valley Road, Evensville, Tennessee 37332 in her memory.
