The KY death certificate indicates the last time her doctor had seen her, but there is a stamp indicating "Queried No Reply" for actual death date. I have requested a photo of grave marker to see if that helps. Here is a newspaper article about the fire, note the date. (Really grim to read.) ~Alice F. Permenter

Woman's Burns Fatal
Mistakes Gasoline for Kerosene in Making Fire
Hickman, Ky., June 12 -- Mistaking a can of gasoline for a can of kerosene, Mrs. Adale Hulin, 28 years of age, poured some in her kitchen range to get the fire started, and the stove exploded, burning her so seriously that she expired within 24 hours. Two small step-children who were in the room were slightly burned, as were several neighbors who rushed to the Hulin home and extinguished the flames before the house was burned.
They wrapped Mrs. Hulin in blankets, but every shred of her clothing had been burned off, before help reached her. She was the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Tom Andrews and lived on the Goalder Johnson plantation, between Hickman and Tiptonville. Funeral services were held at the Antioch Church, with interment in the cemetery there. Besides her parents she is survived by her husband and several brothers and sisters.
Kentucky Birth, Marriage and Death Records – Microfilm (1852-1910). Microfilm rolls #994027-994058.
