Delores passed away on December 25, 2017 in Colorado Springs, CO.

She was born September 26, 1928 in rural Foxholm, ND to Loretta (Ahmann) and Henry Willenbring.

She attended schools in Foxholm and Minot, and graduated from Plaza High School. She spent a short time working as a stenographer in Washington, DC, before returning to North Dakota to be a school teacher in a one room rural school house.

She married Ted Odermann in 1954 and became a full time homemaker, wife, and mother to six children. She raised her family on a farm near Parshall, ND. Delores was widowed in 1984 and moved to Minot, ND, where she lived until moving to Colorado Springs, CO in 2012.

A very important part of Delores' life was her Catholic faith.

Delores' favorite pastimes were cooking, baking, music, reading, working crossword puzzles, and keeping up with the news – especially politics. Without being able to read music, she taught herself to play piano, organ, accordion and guitar. Music was always a big part of her life. Delores loved her children, and her face lit up whenever they were around!

Delores was preceded in death by her husband, Ted, and by her siblings Bernice, Louella, Marjorie, Beverly, Darlene, Robert, Arlene, Leona, Richard, Clarence, Sr. Rose, Sr. Elizabeth, Dorothy, Al, and Raymond. She is survived by her children Jeanne (Allyn), Bonnie (David), Greg (Kelly), Dewey (Robin), Colleen (Jesse), and James (Leslie); 12 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren, and siblings Lenore Spalla, Marlene Cawley, Donald Willenbring, and Kay Vicha. Services will be at a later date.
