Mr. Jordan was born in Marion County, Ala. He worked for Borton Inc., building grain elevators. He was a member of Hobart Baptist Church.
He married Edna Harris in 1929 at Wellington. He was preceded in death by a daughter, Blanche Jordan, in 1939; and by a son, Bobby Jordan, in 1994.
