Jennie Florence Barkus, 82, of 19707 W. Spanish Oak Dr, Newhall, died Friday in Granada Hills. She was born in Plattsmouth, Neb. and was a San Bernardino resident for many years.
Survivors include her husband, Lester L.; two daughters, Bonnie Sanders of Newhall and Lelia Laverne Garner of Oceanside; two brothers, Edwin Reynolds of Nebraska and Gerald Reynolds of Colorado; two sisters, Jessie Clifton of Iowa and Lucille Holmes of Nebraska; three grandchildren, and seven great-grandchildren.
Graveside services are scheduled for 3 p.m. Friday in the Mountain View Cemetery. Friends may call at the Mark B. Shaw Memorial Chapel after noon Wednesday.
