She was a native of Nevils and resided in Savannah since 1946. She was a homemaker and a very active member of Morningside Baptist Church, where served as a Sunday school teacher and in W.M.U.
SURVIVORS: her husband of 65 years, Heyward E. Anderson Sr. of Savannah; two sons, Heyward E. Anderson Jr. of Rincon and Nicholas B. Anderson of Richmond Hill; two daughters, Brenda Faye Sutton of Savannah and Sherrie Jill Lanier of Richmond Hill; a brother, Buddy Hagin of Savannah; four sisters, Edwina Guernsey and Betty Hood, both of St. Augustine, Fla., Joyce Cowart and Uldean Douglas, both of Tybee Island; eight grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
VISITATION: 6-8 p.m. today at Fox & Weeks Funeral Directors, Drayton Chapel.
FUNERAL: 11 a.m. Tuesday at Fox & Weeks Funeral Directors, Drayton Chapel, burial in Hillcrest Abbey Memorial Park, East.
