Ada L. Spradley, age 77 of Lindale, Texas passed away Tuesday, July 19, 2022, in Lindale. She was born October 29, 1944, in Amherst, Texas to the late Glen Kennemer and Dessie (Bell) Kennemer. Ada has lived in Lindale for the last 6 years and was previously of Star and Cypress, Texas. She had a passion for special needs children and worked at the Dorothy Carlton Center at Cy-Fair ISD, retiring after 27 years of service. Ada enjoyed being outdoors, gardening and attending her kids and grandkids sporting and school events. No one could yell or clap louder than her when cheering for her kids. She was married 48 years to Michael Spradley, theirs was a love story for the ages. She loved her family with unmatched passion, fierceness, and loyalty. Her legacy and light will live on through them. She was preceded in death by her husband, Michael Spradley, and numerous siblings. Ada is survived by her children, Michael Trent Spradley Jr and wife, Kijana of Houston, Trevor Spradley and wife, Courtney of Cypress, and Chalyse Mizell and husband, Louis of Lindale; sister, Janet Kennemer of Highland Ranch, Colorado; grandchildren, Taylor, Carson, Peyton, Presley, Trent, and Cole; and numerous nieces, nephews, and other loving family members.
