Mrs. Martha Thomas
Mrs. Ted (Martha) Thomas passed away on Saturday, May 29, 1976, at the Canby Hospital at the age of 59 years of age.
Mrs. Thomas was born on April 28, 1917 in North Redwood, Minnesota, a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Herman Paglusch. As a child she moved with her parents to Revillo, South Dakota. She grew to womanhood at Revillo and on September 13, 1937 she married Theodore Thomas at Huron, South Dakota. She and her husband farmed in the Gary and Canby area until 1972 when they moved into Gary. She was baptized and confirmed in St. John's Lutheran Church in Revillo and was a member of the First Evangelical Lutheran Church of Gary and the church ladies aid for many years.
She is survived by her husband, Theodore of Gary; two sons, TSgt. Henry Thomas of Rosemount, Minnesota and James of Gary; one daughter, Mrs. Marvin (Donna) Kunde of Gary; two brothers, Bernard Paglusch of Revillo and Martin Paglusch of St. Paul, Minnesota; two sisters, Evalina Taylor of Gary and Mabel Risdahl of Canby and ten grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents and three brothers.
