Adam Burghardt, 73, passed away July 13, 2004, at Akron City Hospital.
Born in Yugoslavia in 1931, Adam came to the Akron area more than 54 years ago. Mr. Burghardt was self-employed.
Mr. Burghardt was preceded in death by his wife, Julie. He is survived by his children, Julie (Bill) DiSesa of Florida, Adam Burghardt of Akron, Diane (Dennis) Huebner of Brimfield, and Matt (Michelle) Burghardt of Akron; two brothers, Mike and Joseph; and eight grand children.
The family will receive friends Saturday, July 17, from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m., at the Kucko-Anthony-Kertesz Funeral Home, 95 W. Waterloo Rd. Cremation will follow.
