Will Lee (Bill) Armstrong, 76, of Caddo Mills, Texas, died Monday, Dec. 11, 2000.
Services were Wednesday, Dec. 13, at 2 p.m. at Renfrow Funeral Home Chapel in Caddo Mills with the Rev. Ray Spencer officiating. Burial was in Caddo Mills I. O. O. F. Cemetery.
Mr. Armstrong was born in Baldwyn, Lee Co., MS on July 20, 1924, the son of James Franklin Armstrong and Donnie Alma Speck Armstrong.
He was a member of the Marine Corps and a parts inspector.
He is survived by his wife, Cecilia Armstrong of Caddo Mills, Texas; a stepson, Sam Allan Morris of Issaquah, Wash.; two daughters, Patricia Hazel of Tupelo, MS and Karla Armstrong of Frisco, Texas; a brother, James Armstrong of Independence, Ore.; four sisters, Opal Haffield, Pauline Counce and Mildred Reeves, all of Booneville, MS and Charlene Johnson of Wheeler, MS; two grandchildren; and five great grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents; a sister, Ruby; and brother, Arvil Armstrong; and a son, Terry Lee Armstrong.
