Betty Welker, 76, of Park Hills, passed away June 8, 2022, at Country Meadows in Park Hills. She was born August 15, 1945, in Potosi, MO to the late Leonard and Stella (Faulkerson) Ruble. Betty enjoyed gardening, painting and crocheting.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Jim "Goose" Welker; grandchildren, Amanda Louise and Nathan Fortner; and son in-law, Tony Mansell.

Betty is survived by three children, Mary Anne Fortner, Tammy Mansell and Terry Welker; several grandchildren, Brandon Welker, Jamie (Jackie) Moser, Heather Moser, Candi Welker, Angie(Ace) Eckhoff, Justin Fortner, Aaron Fortner, Andy Fortner, and Tyson Fortner; several great-grandchildren, Levi, Zoey, Gregory, Kara, Gavin, Erin, Ayden, Asher, Blakeleigh, Hailey Anne, Drew, Brayden, Mason, Elijah, Weylyn Marie, Bryce, Cameron, Devin, Makynzee, Paisley; brothers, Bill (Betty Jane) Ruble, Tom Ruble, Johnny Ruble; and special friend, Dorothy Kemp.

Visitation will be held at C.Z. Boyer and Son Funeral Home in Desloge, Sunday, June 12, 2022, from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM. Visitation will resume on Monday, June 13, 2022 from 9:00 AM until the time of service at 1:00 PM. Interment will follow at Adams Cemetery in Frankclay. Memorials may be directed to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
