Gerald A. "Jerry" Emigh, age 79, of Carlton, PA, passed away peacefully surrounded by family on Saturday, May 21, 2022, in Meadville Medical Center, following an extended illness with emphysema.

Jerry was born in Philipsburg, PA, on March 8, 1943, to Arthur David and Elizabeth Catherine (Rothrock) Emigh. He married Nettie Smith on Sept. 21, 1962.

Jerry was a graduate of West Branch High School in 1961.

After moving to the Cochranton area in 1967, Jerry and Nettie became members of Cochranton United Methodist Church.

Jerry retired from State Farm Insurance Co., where he was an Adjuster for nearly 40 years.

He was a member of F. and A.M. Lodge, #790, Cochranton, PA.

Jerry is survived by his wife, 5 children, 5 grandchildren, 1 great granddaughter, 2 sisters, 2 brothers. Also 6 sister-in-law and 2 brother-in law survive. His parents and an infant son, Gerald Arthur Jr. preceded Jerry in death.

Jerry was beloved by all who had the privilege to know him. He was an amazing Father, Husband, Grandfather, Great Grandfather, Brother, Brother-in-law, Uncle and Friend... Thank you to all who attended his funeral, the love was everywhere, and much appreciated!

Visitation Hours: Summit Hill United Methodist Church, on Friday, May 27, 2022, from 11:00 AM until 12:00 Noon.

Burial: Summit Hill United Methodist Cemetery.
