She was the daughter of the late Theodore and Ellen Perrine VanPelt, born in Cliffwood 70 years ago where she lived until about 25 years ago when she moved to this borough.
Mrs. Birch leaves on son, George Birch Jr., a daughter, Mrs. William Sexton and a granddaughter, Mildred, one sister, Mrs. Emma P. Maag.
She was a member of Freedom Council No 76, Daughters of Liberty.
Interment was in Green Grove Cemetery under the direction of Harvey S. Bedle. Reverend F.T.B. Reynolds officiated.
