SPRING VALLEY - Alice M. McMonigle, 75, of Spring Valley, passed away Tuesday, May 10, 2022 at Knickerbocker Villa.
She was born Aug. 9, 1946 in Clearfield, the daughter of Charles and Mary (Hubler) Fulmer.
Alice was a graduate of Clearfield High School.
Mrs. McMonigle was a homemaker and had worked in retail.
She loved her grandchildren and enjoyed spending time with them.
Alice is survived by her two daughters, Jacqueline Lowe and her husband Mark of Harrisburg and Dana McCracken and her husband Dave of Spring Valley; two grandchildren, Abigail and Haden McCracken; and numerous nieces and nephews.
She was the last member of her generation having been preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Paul Jack McMonigle, Jr., whom she married Aug. 15, 1964 in Poughkeepsie, N.Y. and who passed away Oct. 26, 2006; and three brothers, Robert, Dave and Jim Fulmer.
Funeral Services will be held at 12 p.m. on Friday, May 13, 2022 at the Bennett and Houser Funeral Home, Inc. of Clearfield with Chaplain Tim Guye officiating.
Interment will be at Stoneville Cemetery.
Friends will be received at the funeral home on Friday from 11 a.m. until the hour of services.
The family suggests that memorial contributions be made to the Area Agency on Aging, 600 Cooper Rd., Curwensville, PA 16833.
